Minus Development (MD)
Minus Development occurs as short periods on a Market Profile chart where the market spends very little (or no) time.
The bell curve is bounded by an "unfair high" at the top and an "unfair low" at the bottom.
The significance of this is that it shows that an imbalance of buyers and sellers exist at these levels. This can be seen on a traditional bar chart as spikes or gaps.
