In the case of Listing Particulars information must be given to the London Stock Exchange before the shares, or any other securities, may be admitted to listing and traded on the Exchange.
In London, share issuers are must meet the Exchange's listing requirements - these requirements differ from market to market around the world, some are more stringent than others.
