Financial Times

The Financial Times is to some, the newspaper with most authority for the business community in the U.K. and increasingly around the world.

Required reading for the serious investor and captains of industry, the FT competes with international titles such as the Wall Street Journal.

The FT, which has the most expensive cover price of any leading broadsheet newspaper in the UK first appeared in 1888. It's owned by the media company, Pearson plc.
