The Pensions Ombudsman investigates and decides complaints and disputes about the way that pension schemes are run. Complaints about the sales and marketing of pension schemes are dealt with by the Financial Ombudsman.

The Legal Services Ombudsman
Each branch of the legal profession has its own professional body responsible for setting its standards of conduct and service. These professional bodies are also responsible for investigating complaints. If you make a complaint about a lawyer, the Ombudsman will investigate the way that your complaint was dealt with by the lawyer's own professional body.
