Conveyencing
Conveyencing is a common mis-spelling of conveyancing - the word used by lawyers and estate agents to describe the process of transferring property from seller to buyer. It can be carried out online if you so wish. Conveyencing can be a complex sequence of events involving a plethora of paperwork.
As a seller you'll be required to provide a variety of relevant documents for the sale to go ahead. As a buyer you or your conveyancer or solicitor will be making searches for specific documentation describing the property and its plans and ownership.
